Head of Corporate Infrastructure

Are you our next Head of Corporate Infrastructure?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated infrastructure manager with outstanding leadership skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships across teams. As the Infrastructure Manager your main responsibility will be to lead your team to deliver high performance in the areas of IT Infrastructure.

Your role:

• Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, professional development, and day-to-day support to foster an engaged work environment with a focus on customer service.
• oversee the selection, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of the district’s technology infrastructure.
• Assist staff in developing methods and processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of the network services, desktop support, and user support functions.
• Focus on current technology trends and proactively provide technology recommendations.

Your skills:

• You have at least 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of management experience
• You have experience with Active Directory, Identity management tools, and Microsoft O365 suite.
• You have experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• You have to Manage network infrastructure – Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPN
• You have experience with VMWare – ESX, vCenter, Blade Centers (HP, Cisco UCS).
• You have experience with Remote access – VDI, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop
• You have experience with Unified collaboration tools.
• You have Sustained experience and wide knowledge of corporate infrastructure
• You have a Proven ability to examine and implement new technologies
• You have a Proven ability to manage a data center.
• You have an English – mother tongue level
