Summary of the Position:
To manage the 4,000.00 square meter warehouse and has the skill on how to utilize the huge space, maintain a complete and accurate inventory records. To ensure safe custody of all store related inventory. To control and maintain proper documentation for stock received and dispatched from the stores to achieve the company's goals.
Job Description:
- Can manage 4,000.00 square meter warehouse.
- Store Maintainance/Management. Space utilization skills
- Ensure orders received are planned/delivered on time, if not able to plan delivery same day to inform the line manager.
- FIFO Method (DOT) to follow for delivery
- Maintain Accuracy of stock at all time.
- Keep track of sick/annual leave and plan staff replacement (whenever required) with line manager.
- Planning of space for incoming, timely rotation of stock & arraning warehouse.
- Receiving/checking/recording of goods received from supplier (Tires & Promotional Material). If any deviation found to record and report to line manager.
- Bin location system to follow for better stacking and identification.
- Maintenance of copy of ministry approvals/documents in store
- Fire fighting system/equipments to be checked/refilled/changed on time.
- Stock report, GRN report, promotional material reports, invoicing/DO/Returns report to maintain and filled.
- Safety regulations to Maintain as per company/ministry norms in store.
- If any cash transaction done/collected by driver ensure to deposit the same to concerned person same day.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a store keeper
- Bachelors degree, High School Certificate or Equivalent
- Proficiency in inventory management
- Familiar with QuickBooks
- Basic Desktop skills including Ms.Excel
- Data Entry Skills
