Analyst / Senior Analyst [Poland]


 The role comprises, among others:
Active participation and first pen on selected streams during the transaction processes, incl. an ongoing
exchange with clients and investors throughout live projects
Preparation of relevant transaction documentation such as teasers, information memoranda, management

presentations, and similar documents presented to domestic and international investors (M&A), as well as analyst
presentations and roadshow presentations delivered in the course of public offering processes (ECM)
Preparation of marketing materials, especially pitch books to existing and prospective clients
Preparation of business analyses and research, such as sector analyses, screening of prospective investors beyond
our team’s sector coverage, or screening of potential acquisition targets
Preparation of valuations (especially comparable listed companies’ analyses, comparable transactions’ analyses,
discounted cash flow analyses)
Day-to-day process management (exchanges with investors and clients)

Reuters, Bloomberg, Mergermarket, PitchBook etc.)
Expanding the holistic understanding of long-term-oriented client-bank relationships
Training of and mentorship towards more junior colleagues in the investment banking team

Qualifications of a successful candidate:
1-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity as investment banking analyst/associate, or in related
fields such as transaction services, private equity, corporate finance, structured finance / lending etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment that values initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and
engaging in challenging projects, with a strong emphasis on ownership of work from Day One
A sound understanding of financial concepts, as well as an ability to consistently demonstrate clear and concise written
and verbal communication skills vis-à-vis team members, clients and other external parties
