As part of our continued growth and expansion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for Data Centre Cabling Engineers to join us.
We are looking for varying levels of experience from entry level to experienced to join our projects teams, we have projects across Sweden and the Nordics so candidates must be willing to travel (expenses and accommodation included)
The Data Centre Cabling Engineers will work as part of a team within the Data Centre Operations division to deliver support activities and tasks within the Data Centre and ensure that all work carried out complies with agreed standards.
What does the position as Data Centre Cabling Technician entail:
- Install structured cabling system, fiber and copper
- Fiber optic installation and termination
- Install WIFI-system
- Complete network cabling audits
- Carry out data center cage builds
- Carry out data center pathway builds
- Work with cold aisle/hot aisle containment (HACS/CACS)
- Install IP CCTV
- Work on active equipment installation
- Complete patching and upgrading
- Be involved in Data center relocation projects and tasks
- Provide data center 24/7 support
- Complete adds, move, changes, to data center environment
The ideal candidate will have worked in a hands on role previously in a site/project environment but do not necessarily need any cabling experience. If you are an excellent communicator who is personable and hands on we would like to hear from you!
