Our client is looking for a Site Developer Assistant who will offer support to a senior site developer in one of the leading companies in the outdoor advertising industry in South Africa.
This role includes basic administrative tasks, compiling proposals and documents, ensuring that tasks and projects are completed, engaging with Landlords and contractors, etc.
Key Performance Areas:
- Acting as the point of contact between the senior site developer and clients (landlords, town council officials and contractors),
- Handling requests and queries appropriately, and ensuring that tasks and projects are complete
- Manage diary and schedule meetings/appointments,
- Make travel arrangements (including flights, accommodation and ground transportation),
- Take dictation and minutes,
- Devise and maintain office filing system (basic administrative tasks.

Developer Assistant
- Taking of site photos
- Preparation of proposals, lease agreements and other required documents
- Windeed searches
- Basic Council administration
- Creation of BIQ numbers, Site numbers, folders and files
- Preparation of Site Sheets
- Request quotations from multiple contractors for different needs, managing relations once contractor has been awarded to ensure the work gets done.
Marketing Material
- Preparation of Site Sheets
- Photographer arrangements
- Tree feller arrangements
Landlord Relations
- Access and service arrangements
- Handling any enquiries/complaints
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role preferable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Certificate or diploma in admin preferable.
Other:
- Birthday/Client gifts: Check weekly, wrap, and make preparations for delivery
Payment arrangements with Accounts department
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Have their own reliable vehicle
Salary expectation: R10k
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (or 07:00 – 16:00)
Workdays: Mondays – Fridays
Annual Leave Days: 15
