We are looking for an experienced accounting manager to join our team and ensure the smooth financial operation of our company. We urgently need to fill up these positions ASAP! Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Handle tax and audit matters, as well as banking and currency exchange transactions
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on financial matters
- Participate in the development of strategic plans and initiatives for the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
