General Description:

Under the direction of the Assoc. Director Project Management Germany, this individual is responsible for supporting and securing the successful completion of processes, projects and events in Germany for BeiGene. The duties include performing specialized tasks, managing and coordinating the processes regarding vendor onboarding and accounting in local systems.

Essential Functions of the job:
  • Manage and coordinate the onboarding of all vendors for Germany/Austria in close cooperation with Procurement and the internal and external stakeholders
  • Support in creating Purchase Requests in SAP according to contracts for all projects
  • Support the Senior Commercialization Coordinator with the handling of invoices
  • Manage and coordinate the Webshop in checking inventory lists, requesting, activating and deactivating accounts, uploading images for new products, placing orders, pushing orders for field service
  • Manage and coordinate address lists, birthday lists, telephone lists and the organization start of all employees Germany/Austria
  • Office Management: Manage and coordinate all requests of the internal stakeholders regarding the new office space (e.g. technical equipment, catering for internal meetings, ordering of office equipment, etc.)
  • Coordinate and manage the incoming hard copy mail
  • Support the Service Center Teams with all administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of qualified work experience in project management and related roles and functions
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with light touch supervision and as part of a team environment, hands on mentality
  • Strong leadership and time, task and resource management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - keep problem solver and critical thinker
  • Solid planning, project management and analytical skills
  • High social competence and capacity for teamwork
  • Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep a level head while maintaining grace under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, incl. Outlook, Excel, Word and use of databases
  • Proficient written and oral English skills

Education Required:
  • > 2 years of relevant work experience in life science, high school diploma. University undergraduate degree in science or business as an asset.
